Eligibility Requirements:
Meeting room inventory is limited and available exclusively to partners who are confirmed sponsors and exhibitors of the conference. Eligibility requirements are established by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ and all partners must book directly with ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ. Availability and location vary by venue and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Show Floor Meeting Rooms – Secure productive, semi-private meeting space for your client meetings, conveniently located in the exhibit hall! Available Monday, May 24 through Thursday, May 27, 2027 (including setup).
- Set-Up: Monday, May 24, 2027 | 8 AM – 5 PM
- Meeting Access Dates: May 25 – May 27, 2027
- Tuesday, May 25 | 10 AM – 5 PM
- Wednesday, May 26 | 9 AM – 5 PM

- Tear-down: All rooms must be packed up by 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 27, 2027.

How to Request a Meeting Room
Interested exhibitors and sponsors should . Upon receipt, an ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Events team member will review eligibility requirements and provide available options, details, and next steps.
All meeting room assignments are subject to availability and execution of a meeting room contract.
Meeting Room Regulations
- Standard room packages include basic furnishings and power access. Any additional service needs (catering, A/V, electrical, etc.) must be placed directly with official conference vendors.
- All Meeting room attendees and clients must be registered for the conference.
- Meeting rooms are intended for private business meetings, client engagement, and team collaboration. Any receptions and larger events must not conflict with conference programming and must be approved by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ in advance.
- All room branding, furnishings, audiovisual equipment, catering, and additional services must be coordinated by sponsor directly with official event vendors.
- Additional rules and regulations will be provided by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ upon securing meeting rooms
ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ POLICY:
Please note that hosted activities that conflict with official ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ conference programming are strictly prohibited by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ as outlined in the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Event Policies.  All partners must book any meeting space at the convention center or headquarter hotels directly with ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ.
If hosting an event at a nearby venue that invites conference attendees, companies must request prior approval from ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ. Companies must submit requests to ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ for written approval (along with description of event, date, time, and location) ASAP and at least 30 days before the conference. ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ reserves the right to decline if it conflicts with official conference programming. Company and all company representatives agree to comply with all applicable Policies and violation of the Event policies may result in penalties as determined appropriate by ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Show Management.
